Our eCommerce Technology training sessions are aimed primarily at business professionals who need a primer in the eCommerce technologies, standards and business processes required to ensure successful implementation of eCommerce and eBusiness solutions that will deliver commercially desirable results.. Typical participants include:
- technology professionals seeking training to increase their awareness of eCommerce and eBusiness technologies and their application to business requirements;
- business professionals preparing to become involved in web-based business operations;
- Finance, Marketing and Customer Services Directors, Controllers and Managers preparing to migrate business elements online (or start new online business elements;
We run eCommerce Technology training events as open & participative training sessions although sessions are structured around a series of core themes including:
- Integrating eCommerce solutions with ERP & Accounting (back-office) systems
- Business process integration
- Resource allocation & management
- Measurement and interpretation of results (non-financial)
Based on the attendee list for these events we provide additional content to address specific concerns of the participants, such as:
- Planning & strategy for online operations
- Online Marketing: acquisition, conversion and retention
- Online reputation: issues and actions
Events are run as 4hr half-day or full-day sessions, and if possible we limit the number of participants to 8. Where appropriate, the facilitator will review the participants' websites in advance, but we expect participants to bring questions with them.
