For Arts Organisations
The Arts Sector has some specific challenges for making the best use of technology to support their work and objectives.

Arts organisations have specific technology issues, largely driven by (on one hand) the desire to use current, modern, leading-edge or "trendy" technologies to support their objectives - and (on the other hand) very few technology-aware staff that make it possible to take advantage of those technologies - and no funding to provide training.
For more information about whether you qualify for support to "Host Your Own Training", you must meet the criteria outlined by the Ambition Scotland team.
The Ambition programme was created to address this issue by promoting digital skills in the arts. The Ambition team recently announced a "Host Your Own Training" scheme (details here) which provides funding for Ambition Partners and Associates to host digital training courses on relevant subjects.
Our range of courses
We've devised a range of training sessions which Ambition Partners and Associates might want to include in their "Host Your Own Training" plans. All sessions last half a day, and you can mix-and-match to create a full day course if you wish. These are practical courses, full of real examples and opportunities to ask questions, and absolutely no boring slideware!
Our courses include:
