We provide a fully-bespoke service to manage the technical aspects of any domain registrations in your transactions - for example:
- We can work with the vendor pre-transaction, to ensure that domains are correctly registered, and to confirm that control of the domain can be effectively passed to a purchaser;
- We can provide an escrow service to receive domains as an intermediate step during the course of your transaction;
- We can work with the purchaser to ensure that domains are correctly transferred by the vendor, and to update registrant details as appropriate.
- In insolvency cases we can provide assurance to the Insolvency Practitioner that the company's domain portfolio has been adequately secured.
We deliver our service as a "one-off" project, but it is common for clients to ask us to continue to continue to manage their domains on an on-going basis post-completion of the transaction.
